No support from Playstation, time to get an xbox

My account was unfairly suspended and now the suspension is over and there's just no way to talk to someone to resolve the problem. They don't have support. It's all DIY and if your question isn't in the list, then tough, you're stuck. For a multi billion dollar company, I'm absolutely disgusted at their support.
