No Support for PlayStation South Africa Clients

I have been emailing them now repeatedly with regards to a Unauthorised payment & still no support. What is going on with PS South Africa. Can they please put a number to dial on their website?

These subscriptions are like making a deal with the devil, once you on one, it does not seem they allow you to leave.!!!!!!!!!!!!
