No client service

My child has accidentally purchased a game on playstation store, we did not download the game or even played it. I immediately reached out to customer support for a refund, first i was told that i am at the incorrect country i then sent a new request to the link they sent me with no feedback. I send another request and till today i have not received feedback or my refund.

I will never advise anyone to buy anything from the ps store.
