Horrible customer service. No responses.

WORST SO CALLED SUPPORT. As long time PlayStation owners and users having spent thousands on games and packs etc, I find it most frustrating that they are unwilling to assist. We have spent hours on the online assistance pop up, it simply sends one round and round to the same questions and no one comes to help even when requesting an agent. My mother has phoned on our behalf (as we live in the bush) and was met by extremely rude agents who too refused to help AND then gave a **** email address insisting they will only help through that. We have even tried the international lines and nothing. Absolutely devastated that this is the type of service that comes with such a well known multi-million Rand gaming network and products.
