Do NOT buy games on PlayStation Store!!!

I wanted to download the Cyberpunk 2077 FREE add-on and accidentally bought the game on PlayStation Store, thinking what i paid for was the expansion DLC Phamtom Liberty. I have the PS4 game on disc, and it says free ps5 add-on so thats what i thought was being downloaded. When launch day came, i did not see the download tab and thought maybe if i click on "buy" it will realise i have the dlc purchased already, however it took money from my account again. When i contacted them and explained both by phonecall and email they told me they cannot refund me because of the policy and that i have already downloaded the game. I told them check my history why would i willing pay for a game i already have... So now i paid twice, for the game and the expansion dlc. It was an honest accident buy for such a big company they dont care about customer satisfaction, they rather care about the money... That just shows who we're dealing with.
