Useless customer service

<p>About a month ago I purchased Bioshock on the PS Store, I downloaded it and when I tried to install, it refused to install over and over again. I sent a mail to PSN and they sent me a long list of troubleshooting steps (some absolutely ridiculous to expect a customer to do) Upon doing these steps it still does not work. I then demanded a refund, to which they told me that I need to contact the publisher of the game in order to trouble shoot further (which I have no interest in doing as I bought it from playstation and I have honestly wasted my time trying to get this to work). I then went to their facebook page to hopefully deal with someone more helpful. At first this looked a lot more promising, but eventually they sent me the troubleshooting steps again and asked if I had tried installing other games (which I had and it worked perfectly) They are now claiming that it is my console that is faulty and that I need to send it in for repairs. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am sick and tired of struggling with this game and I do not care to put in anymore effort trying to get it working. All I want is a refund, but Playstation has absolutely useless customer service and I will never buy from their online store ever again. Hopefully Xbox has better customer service than this.</p>
