Unauthorised debit orders

It's been 7 months with endless emails and no response from PlayStation South Africa. My kid somehow purchased a recurring debit order and I am unable to stop the debit order. I have removed my credit card details from the account but still happens. Each month I get a PlayStation statement. I have requested refunds and a stop to the debit order but they blatantly ignore my emails.
