Think twice before buying a playstation

<p>I thaught the service of playstation SA was good at first until my ps4 broke after 6 weeks.The replacement was made the next day and I thaught my troubles were over.I then realised I couldn't activate my new console as primary which means I can't play the games I bought on PSN offline and much more.To make matters worse I havE emailed playstation SA numerous times over the course of 4 weeks and they lack the ability to do something about this problem .I have sent them proof of original purchase and proof of exchange.they keep telling me my case has been escalated but they do nothing about it.Instead they keep telling me the same thing and send a reply from head office to me asking for proof of exchange instead of motivating my case .I get that response after 1 week.service is beyond terrible and unforgivable. People in America get the problem sorted out in 20 min.I will take this further if they don't sort this out.So think 3 if you considering buying a playstation </p>
