PS 5 - Bad Qaulity and Service

We have bought 5 remotes from different stores. They are all damaged and can not be repaired according to the stores. We paid alot of money for PS5 as it is. The remotes are not cheap either. This is very dissapointing. I do not believe for 1 minute that it is a user issue as it has only 1 user. The charging port has been replaced twice. The actual machine has gone in twice. Terrible product and after sales is even worse.
