Playstation customer service sucks or non existing

i have a problem with my psn account and my playstation system i have bin trying to contact playstation support but with no success. They have guides on how to fix certain problems but no direct way of communicating with them over a ticket or a problem report

all i want is some help from playstation but i guess that is to much to ask
