Playstation Banning people for no reasons

Good day I bought the membership plus 2nd of August 2017 and played online that day and on the 3de of August. I got the error code of WS-37397-9 and I looked it up and it says my ip address got banned. ‎Now I don't know why but I see it as I got banned for no reason because I barely have my membership plus. I sent an email toe the south africa email on the 9 of August to find out what is happening why am I blocked. The following day the network is open again for me. So before I sent an email I formatted my PS4 and when my ip is un banned I update my game to play online that took the whole night. So the 11 of August I started to play online again. On the 12 of Agust my IP got banned again for no reason. I talked to the playstation support and they said my IP adress is blocked and will sent my details to the UK. They said they un banned me on the 16 of August and when i got home my IP is un banned and I played for like 40 min online and again they blocked my IP address. I paid for 3 Months Membership plus and I already lost 11 days of the Membership
