NO WAY OF CONTACTING PLAYSTATION

My PSN was suspended for a chargeback, this was out of error, I am willing to make up the payment in order to get my account back, I cannot contact anyone at PlayStation, nor can I phone them due to covid19, I get a website that allows me to place my concerns, the response I get is that they don't assist South Africans, all other sites send me in routes that repeat themselves and never gets to the point of me speaking to someone, as soon as I click on contact us the process starts again, please if anyone can help???
