IP Banned

<p>I use my phone, that has a static IP as a hot spot to play online, and Sony banned my IP for some stupid reason!! I cant change my phones IP as it is embedded in the software. All they can do for me is give me emails about contacting my isp. The isp has got nothing to do with the issue at hand!!!</p>
