Horrible support from PlayStation

Hi my account got hacked and someone activated 2 step verification on my account 2 and a half weeks ago since then I have not been able to play any of my gamed s since they were all bought on my account. I got hold of support straight away about my complaint and I was advised to send an email with my complaint on I then only five days later received an email stating that my mom should call a number because I am under 18 and cannot help me only to find that the number they gave does not exist so she had to send an email stating that she is my parent and still to this day almost 3 weeks later I am still locked out of my account. This has been shocking support on PlayStations part I am highly disappointed.
