********** activity by Playstation

I am extremely shocked at Playstation for their ********** activity regarding my bank account, i have been double debited and been debited after i have turned off the auto pay feature on my Playstation, i have even cancelled Playstation plus because of this activity, i have tried customer service but no help comes from it
