Disgusting support

<p>My PS account was "hacked"and my user id changed from my email address to goodness knows what. SPS sent me an email on MY email address to notify me about this with a link if it was not me , A LINK THAT DOES NOT EXIST. I then tried to get into my account but have no access. I sent an email to Sont network but got reply that i must call them so i did where i got the rudist person who said i must emaiol them so i did, can you believe they say my email does not exist but yet they emailed me on that address!!!! Now they say i must call UK to sort out, I MUST make international call to sort out their lack of security!!! And now my account is not tracable, i have an online subscriptrion which renews quarterly that i cannot change as i have no ACCESABILITY TO MY ACCOUNT. hOW ON EARTH DOES THIS WORK???????</p>
