Disgusting experience, shocking non service

<p>After saving up for a year, my son bought a Playstation PS4. However, after signing up, he forgot his log-in details and it has been a month trying to get log-in details sorted and still no joy. the SA bunch seems to have absolutely no power to action anything. Totally useless and incredibly frustrating.</p> <p>Looking at other posts this seems to be the norm for Playstation </p>
