Customers = trash apperantly

How horrible, purchases were made on my ps4 , i was not aware of it...the money is still on hold , as well as the items that has been baught... i have various forms of proof that i was not aware of the purchase and even had to close that bank account.... they STILL refuse to help me properly or refund my money , they keep referring me up and down ! It was my last bit of money , now im sitting, hungry till month end because of their utter incompetence.... i am VERY UPSET
