Console Banned and non existant contact details

My son bought a PS4 with his Birthday money. He plays COD online therefore we have to pay with our cards and load the details onto the PSN network. My ex-wife had R 9300.00 ****** out of her card on PSN. Standard Bank saw there was ***** and refunded the money. We have sent a reference number to Sony on this matter as his Playstation has been blocked and they just refuse to open the account and claim that we must just pay back R 9300.00 that was ****** off her card on PSN network and which every gamer including myself knows was breached not so long ago. Try get hold of Sony. Impossible! Well I guess the 5 Playstations that I have including my son and my brothers will now be put on a waste dump and Xbox here we come. Every one is complaining about their service. Probably because they went belly up here in South Africa.
