Companies claim they don't only care about money, but then...

I've been a Playstation Plus subscriber for over a decade and I renew my yearly subscription each year at the end of November.

On occasion I take advantage of the Black Friday discounts and I wanted to do that this year, but the discount only presented itself as available when I was signed out. When I signed in the discount disappeared.

So I contacted Playstation support and they took so long to reply that I completely missed the Black Friday deal. I decided to move my payment from a yearly plan to a month-to-month payment.

When I got a reply from Playstation, they completely ignored everything I said and told me that the discount is for new subscribers and upgrades. I'm on Premium and I pay a year in advance, so does that mean I'm not worth the discount?

Very insulting.
