Bad service and no assistance

<p>I have logged a ticket with PSN 2 weeks ago, going for 3 weeks.</p> <p>This matter has only been postponed and when I send out emails to their support and request feedback, I do not get any feedback.</p> <p>This leads me to believe that nothing is being done to have my issue resolved.</p> <p>I have logged a hellopeter complaint before and then I got assisted very quickly, but that only lasted for about 6 emails and then it went back to no replies and no assistance.</p>
