Account issues

I have been searching the entire PlayStation website trying to get help from them but I have not received any help. I’ve tried resetting my password but as soon as I get an email to reset my password it says it has expired. I have dont it multiple times. And it is so hard to find help from any one from PSN Network. I still haven’t been helped.
