WORST SERVICE WITH FALSE ADVERTISING

<p>This is possibly the last place anyone should ever buy from. After we had bought our item, payed for it in full which was NOT cheap, we had found rather troublsom reviews about this company being *****s on Facebook. I went onto the website were I entered a live chat to confirm my order and just be reassured. Well, people on Facebook never lie. The person told me that the item I have bought was no longer in stock, and will never be in stock again! He just said sorry for the inconvenience.. I told the man that how can you advertie something on your website, stating that there are 5 in stock, and just tell me 'oh sorry there aren't any, and we won't be getting any". The person in the live chat was beyond unhelpful. I have been trying to get any responce for 2 days... shocking service... </p>
