Worst Customer Service

Worst Customer Service ever. Have been emailing playmore for weeks no regarding a refund for payment deducted May, June and July for golf which cannot be booked. Never any slots available in Cape Town, finally received an email a a while back saying they would refund me, however have sent 6 emails since and haven't received a response. No refund to date and no response to date.
