Wish to cancel membership but no response

I need to cancel my membership and have submitted numerous emails to the info address and through the website but have received no response. <br> <br> I submitted a message on the website to say I wanted to join and got a call in less than 5 minutes!! Of course he only dealt with new memberships. <br> <br> Please can someone contact me and provide some customer service.
