Website Not Working Again

<p>This is not the first time that this has happened. I try and book golf and the website doesn't work, I phone the call centre and after having to convonce the operator that I am not a complete idiot and that there is indeed a problem with the site they then cannot help me and promise to phone me back which never happens. This problem always accurs when trying to book for the competition days. This is highly frustrating and not what we pay a premium for. Please fix the issue and hire competent call centre agents who can actually do something to help.</p>
