Very poor overall service

I have called this company several times requesting a refund over the lockdown period. It's been several weeks now and I am still waiting for someone to contact me. Unfortunately in Cape Town we are paying for a service that is non existent, there are no slot to play golf anywhere accept for clubs 100kms away from the city.
