Back in 2020, on a phone call with one of their people, I wanted to cancel my membership, but he convinced me to only freeze at R49 per month it in case I wanted to get back without having to pay the entrance fee again. This month, they all a sudden deduct R429 without warning. I reversed it and told them to cancel my membership. I sent them the message through three different channels on their website.
