Pathetic money grabbing *******
Canceled membership in March 2020 and they have put through the double debit orders for the past 3 months. April was 6 monthly payments and May was 4! Still trying to get a refund. Janet is too sick to assist and Richard too important!! Just send a text message saying he will call today and then nothing happens. A refund was promised but there has been nothing but "run around".
