Online Booking Failure

Ben struggling for weeks to make online bookings, every time the booking gets cancelled and I have to phone the call centre and give them my card details that can lead to *****. This morning I attempted another booking for the 1st May 2018 but again it didn't work. The call centre is so busy that I cannot get to speak to an agent. Absolutely not worth the money anymore for this
