no refund recieved
booked a round of golf on last minute golfs web site , the credit card payment was processed and deducted but it wasn't confirmed by the club , I was told not to go to the course , to cut a long story short I was told I would get a refund by call centre but as yet nothing ! , sent e-mails and phone calls etc now had enough.

I do apologise for the long wait for the refund, i have confirmed with the accounts department and they have refunded the payment.
I am waiting for the accounts department to send through the Proof of Payment in order to send it to you.
