Keep taking my money
I have cancelled my world of golf subscription in January already meaning my last payment was due for February, it is now April and they are still taking my money. You cannot phone and the number is not in service according to telkom and they never respond to emails.<br>

It would appear that I am responding to this with egg on my face.
We looked into your profile and have identified that your membership was indeed cancelled off the CRM system however through nothing but human error, the billing system was not deactivated.
I have instructed the accounts and billing department to please refund you the March and April amount, the money will be in your account in the week.
