EFT Payment

I’ve made an EFT transaction two days ago and I was told by their consultant with a bad attitude my membership will be reactivated immediately after sending the proof of payment to ***, despite sending the proof of payment directly from my bank nothing has been done. These guys are *********** and they hardly have slots anyway, the only benefit I’m getting is my HNA. To top it all of, their sales consultant Connor Foley promised to send me the HNA card, when I followed up in January 2024 he sent me a screenshot of many cards and said he wouldn’t know where to begin is searching for my card. What am I paying for at Playmore Golf?
