double billed for a round

I got charged twice for a round after at least 5 attempts to book a round and constantly timing out during the payment process ,even after accepting the approve it message for the payment from my nedbank account every time. <br> I spent the day today trying to phone the call centre but the phone just rang for minutes at end with no response. This is horrible service firstly double charging me and then no response from their call centre.<br> <br> I want to be refunded for the double billing imediately
