Bunch of ******
This is a bunch of ******. I paid for 4 rounds yet they only credit me with 3 rounds. Then I cancelled my membership yet they still change me for an extra month.

A call centre agent will be in touch shortly. They will resolve your particular issue with you. We can assure you that if your membership is a PMG4, you will be given 4 rounds. We need to triple check when you joined in the month etc. As for you cancelling your membership, again we need to check if you gave us 30 days cancelation notice. If not, you are still a member till the end od this month and your cancelation will come into effect from the end of this month. An agent will call you shortly to check on the actual facts and relay these to you.
