Be warned !!!

Totally pathetic service, requested for my membership to be cancelled in December and received confirmation that this will be actioned ( ticket no.***). In January, they debited my account again in full, after querying this , they apologized and vowed for a full refund within 7 days. After 10 days , with not action, I sent another email, this time the response was the person who handled the initial mail, made an error and my membership will on be cancelled at the end of February, with no refund. Ridiculous, will advise all my mates to stay away from this company
