Bad Business Practices.

I find their business model rather intentionally confusing to take advantage of customers as much as possible. I signed up for golf lessons after purchasing a golf club for my brother, I actually only joined because membership fees were waived by virtue of the purchase. Firstly, Its never been made clear what the relationship is between playmoregolf and the world of golf, all I know is I have been making payments to the 2 for a service I am not yet using. I have requested to cancel or suspend the services multiple times for the last year because I have a new born baby and cannot make any training but I am always passed from person to person and I am simply tired now. The last person told me that I can only cancel services before the 10th - I do not have any signed contract that stipulates such *******.

Can someone call me ASAP and let me know how I can suspend/cancel these services and how I can reclaim the membership fees that I have being for no services even after asking for cancellation.
