Very very wrong :(

All the reviews here are absolutely true. Playlive it seems seeks all kinds of excuses to not pay out. My husband had his own account, id and proof of address provided but when he was supposed to received a winning, we got smacked with dual accounts as well. His account was summarily closed - winnings voided, since I had an account that he was being penalised for. Can one request that all the deposits made into this account that was closed be refunded? Since there is no issue with deposits being received here...
