Very confusing.

I do not know if I should say they are good or bad. They do pay and there is no hustle in paying according to my personal experience but the most annoying thing is their TCs that of course no one can fami****ise themselves with all. E.g. if you deposit R100 and win R2000 you can only with draw R1000 and the other R1000 will disappear. You can only withdraw 10X your deposited amount in total but if you eventually deposit R5000 all deposits combined historically you can withdraw any amount required but I am not certain about that. You definitely need to deposit some funds between free spins that you get otherwise you can't activate the coupons. If you deposit and activate free coupon your deposit becomes part of wagering so rather deposit, play, withdraw and then activate the free spins while the withdrawal is in the queue remembering that your withdrawal must be 10x the amount deposited otherwise if reversed cos it is higher it will be part of the wagering. The biggest one is the fact that if you activate free spins and lets assume you need to wager R10 000 from the 100 free spins and you finish the wager with R2000 they might randomly reverse the rest of the money and leave you with R400 and send you a message about Terms and Conditions on section whatever that then states that you can only withdraw a maximum of that amount. Worst case scenario if you play the R400 and win R200 more then attempt to withdraw R600 they will on a specific day that they are processing withdrawals send you a message to say you can only withdraw R400 and the R200 will be gone for good. You never know your winnings with them and anything can just happen at anytime of their choice.
