Unfair gambling

I received free spins and I played them and won R94. I then played with the winnings and completed my wager and won R2400. I received communication that I am only allowed to withdraw R1000 on my next withdrawal so I did that. I was left with an amount of R1400 which I used to play the whole night and won an additional R2500. Now I received communication that the amount that was left in my account has been cleared to R0.00 as per their rule on the free spins. Why did they not clear it after I withdrew R1000. Why leave it over night and playable? Now I wasted my own data playing for nothing?? Its unfair and they do not tell you that any amount remaining will be taken from you irrespective of how much you win. To hell with playlive.
