Unable to block messages

I keep on getting sms messages from them. I've tried to block but they just keep on sending messages. I want to unsubscibe but I'm unable to do it on there website. I do not wish to get anymore messages from them. There seems to be multiple cell numbers that they use for this service.Very unhappy.
