Stop sending me unsolicited SMS’s

How do I stop this company from sending me unsolicited sms’s. I keep blocking the number but they keep using a different number. No option to opt out. POPI Act obviously means nothing to these idiots. Next step is to formally lodge a complaint with POPI.
