I deposited R100 and selected to use 250% Deposit match bonus which required me to play through R17500 before I can qualify for withdrawal and the maximum withdrawal is R1000.00. I did playthrough R17500.00 and withdrew R1000.00 only for my withdrawal to be canceled and I forfeited all the money because apparently I manipulated or used the manipulation technique on the side ,I then requested for more information because that reasoning does not even make sense.

I was told that I used the bonus money to buy Features therefore that is using manipulation technique however this is not stated on the terms and conditions and they keep sending me the terms and conditions that are irrelevant to my question.

I want my R1000.00 back because I won fairly and if buying features is prohibited 🚫,then why does the bonus allow it to happen?, there are other games that I cannot play using the bonus money and the system denies you access when you try to play it so how is it allowing to buy Features?, If buying features is not allowed , your system allows me to buy and it is not written on the terms and conditions how are we supposed to know it is not allowed?
