Playlive makes changes without notifying their players

I've always played by depositing and playing the bonus and the bonus balance always being played first before my normal balance. Now tonight they have changed their terms and now they make you play off your normal balance first then your bonus balance. When I messaged support, they stated this is how its always been, and when I said no it hasn't, as I've played before and its never been like this, they have said I should have read terms and conditions. I responded telling them they should notify their players of the change of terms so that if we knew this has changed we could have made the decision not to play. They literally said in their email that bonus spins have never worked where the bonus balance has been used before an actual normal balance, yet I've been playing for years and it's always been a bonus balance being used before a normal balance. Not once have I been sent a change in terms to notify me of changes, yet they said I should have known of the changes. This is extremely unprofessional and if I had known the terms were changed I'd never have played, I only realised after I had messaged supporter after seeing my normal balance at R0 as I wanted to check how far I was with the bonus balance. These people are only concerned about themselves, I have all emails.
