Rolette machine allows u to put ur chips then the system hangs and show that you have won but due to the amount of chips u have on that number the system all of a sudden goes into hang mode and u earn nothing from where u had your chips. The support has no clue of where u were and who ****med u on rollette, then they say send screen shot but you think why should I take a screen shot while playing when u assume u won and will be paid out but instead the computer hangs and pays out nothing but they are quick to take your money.
