Misconduct, *****

I have a complaint about this casino game thay haven't put up any terms and conditions at the beginning, so I went and deposit R100 and won R2090. After the win I withdrew R1800 and left R290 on the game I have waited until 6 in the evening for my money to reflect, qhen I openedy bank the money didn't show in my bank.

According to them if you deposit R100 you can only withdraw 10 times the amount which is a R1000, but here is where it gets interesting they put back R800 on the game and I already had R290 ont he game which adds up to R1090.

They say they can't give me the other thousand because I used it already but I haven't and now they don't want to my R1000 that can from the R1800
