Loyalty program with a "Zero" bonus

I am so annoyed with Playlive. They have a loyalty program that offers a "zero" box when having completed a cycle. This is a loyalty by their clients and showing support. But what does Playlive do, they offer a "zero" box. I have now completed two cycles and both times have chosen the "zero"box. This is nonsense. Have a loyalty box with at least a small amount, but not zero The reason for this review is mostly because, if I send them an email, I get no response, so hopefully, this will get a response from them regarding this "Zero"box. That is disgusting.
