Fed up unsolicited spam SMSes

Super frustrated with unsolicited SMSes ever damn day. I never subscribed to PlayLiveSA and there is no way to unsubscribe from their spam. Keep blocking the incoming numbers on my messaging app, but they keep sending from different numbers, all with 083 prefix, is MTN part of this ****?
