Deducting money as they please

They deduct money as they please...

We have played the free 50 spins games and won more then a 1000 they only allocated the R1000( wager requirements) to my account i took that money and played on as it is my money i won it... So i won another R1420with made my amount R2420 and i only withdraw the R2200 and i wanted to play on... So when it was time to cash out they deduct 860 from the money leaving me with 1340. Saying i have to withdrawal the 1000... Why not leave my money and let me withdraw the 1000 and then the others why take from my? money ? I have finished the wager requirements they deduct there and they deduct form my own money
