I was playing a game called "Mr porky bankster " and I bought a bonus feature for R300 and the only winnings I saw was R500 and some change before the game started showing "error" normally the game will automatically refresh itself but this time my bonus feature got disconnected. I tried communicating with the playlive support on Friday which they promised to refund me after the provider provides them with all the information they might need. Now they promised to refund me the money I won and used to buy the feature even today they've been ignoring my emails. Don't waste your time and money on this casino they are ****mers

Worse online casino
Playlive accused me of multiple accounts despite me even saying I will submit a police affidavit to state that I have no knowledge of any other account . Absolutely poor customer service and submit , sending emails from 12 today, no response received. The consultant William Gray is very very rude and does not even understand what I'm trying to say to to him so they closed my account and cancelled my winnings of R1000 and won't respond to my emails
